Terms of Service

Last updated: May 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.lianjer.com and any related services provided by Lianjie Supply Chain (“Lianjie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Site

The Site is a business-to-business sourcing and procurement platform. We may display product information, supplier-related information, sourcing opportunities, RFQ tools, industry content, and business services.

Depending on the product or service involved, we may act as:

  • a platform operator or sourcing facilitator connecting buyers and suppliers; and/or
  • a direct supplier for certain self-operated products.

The Site does not currently provide direct online checkout, payment, or refund processing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. No Account Requirement

The Site does not currently require general buyer or supplier account registration. However, use of inquiry forms, RFQ tools, chat tools, WhatsApp contact methods, and email communication remains subject to these Terms.

4. Buyer Inquiries and RFQs

If you submit an inquiry, RFQ, or sourcing request through the Site:

  • you agree that we may review your request and respond directly or share it with relevant suppliers;
  • you represent that your request is genuine, lawful, and business-related;
  • you agree not to submit false, misleading, abusive, or spam inquiries.

We do not guarantee that you will receive supplier responses, quotations, business opportunities, or transaction outcomes.

5. Supplier Matching and Referral

Where appropriate, we may forward inquiries or sourcing requests to one or more suppliers in our supply chain network. We do not guarantee:

  • the availability of any supplier;
  • the accuracy of all supplier-provided information;
  • the quality, legality, creditworthiness, or performance of any supplier;
  • that any inquiry will result in a transaction.

Users are responsible for conducting their own commercial, technical, and legal due diligence before entering into any transaction.

6. Self-Operated Products

For some products or services, we may respond as a direct supplier. However, unless expressly stated in writing for a specific transaction, website content does not by itself create a binding offer, purchase contract, or supply commitment.

7. Product Information Disclaimer

Product descriptions, images, specifications, certifications, use cases, and related content on the Site may be provided by internal teams, suppliers, partners, or public business sources. They are for general information and sourcing purposes only and may be changed without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, databases, software, and original content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, mirror, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the Site or its content except as expressly permitted in writing.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purposes;
  • submit false inquiries or fake business information;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or communications;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest Site data without authorization;
  • interfere with the Site or other users;
  • use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
