On May 25, 2026, Lianjie Supply Chain hosted a Private Business Circle study tour at the ZICAIL factory in Guangzhou, bringing together 50 business owners from different industries for a full day of factory visits, open discussion, and practical business exchange.

The event was designed as more than a factory tour. It was a focused offline gathering where entrepreneurs could step away from daily operations, meet old friends, build new connections, and talk directly about the real issues behind growth, localization, customer management, team incentives, and long-term competitiveness in foreign trade.
The day began with a tour of the ZICAIL factory and showroom, followed by interactive Q&A sessions and shared discussion around operational challenges. In the afternoon, the group moved into deeper exchange, including introductions, rapid ice-breaking, and a closed-door session centered on practical lessons, common pitfalls, and real problem-solving from the front line of international business.

Several major topics stood out during the event. One was localization strategy in overseas markets, including how and when companies should consider building a local presence, using local offices, planning market development in advance, and approaching emerging markets with clearer long-term thinking. Another key discussion focused on partner selection, customer retention, and how business owners can strengthen the company’s direct relationship with key accounts instead of allowing customer trust to sit only with sales staff.
The group also explored employee incentive structures, including profit-sharing logic, long-term retention mechanisms, and the balance between rewarding contribution and protecting the company’s future flexibility. In addition, participants discussed how AI is changing B2B business, especially around trust, communication, and the growing importance of face-to-face relationships with serious buyers.

What made the event especially valuable was its practical tone. The conversations were not abstract. They were rooted in real business experience, real market pressure, and real operational decisions. For the entrepreneurs in attendance, the study tour created a rare setting to exchange useful ideas openly, test assumptions, and learn from other operators who are facing similar growth challenges.
This Guangzhou session reflected what the Private Business Circle is meant to be: a place for serious business owners to meet, learn, and sharpen their thinking together. It also showed the value of bringing online connections into real-world settings where trust, experience, and business judgment can be shared more directly.
The event was organized by Lianjie Supply Chain as part of the ongoing community activities of Elevan and His Friends, with the goal of creating stronger offline learning opportunities for founders and decision-makers in global trade and manufacturing.
