Leo Lu serves as the Director of Lianjie and General Manager of E-Abel, overseeing both strategic development and day-to-day operations. With over a decade of experience spanning the building materials and electrical industries, Leo brings deep international perspective and strong project execution capabilities to the team.

Before joining E-Abel in 2021, Leo spent five years in the Middle East managing engineering projects in the construction sector, where he led client development, quotation, and project delivery. This overseas experience introduced him to the electrical enclosure industry, laying the groundwork for his future leadership.

Since returning to China, Leo has built and led the Jiangsu team from the ground up. Under his leadership, the team surpassed USD 1 million in annual sales by 2023 and continues to grow year over year. International clients recognize him for his deep understanding of global market needs, exceptional service standards, and commitment to long-term relationships.
